從生命的低谷中要起來，從非易事；

Standing up from the valleys of life is never easy。

無力感會削弱我們的鬥志，叫人無法反擊。

The helpless feelings reduce our morale，Making us unable to fight back。

記得上帝永遠是我們可以仰望的答案，

Remember，God is always the solution we can look up to。

只要持定信仰，必重新得力；

Energy will be restored if we stand still in faith。

只要忘記背後、努力面前，必得全新生命氣息；

New breath of life will be given if we move forward instead of looking back。

上帝在每件事上都有祂的時間，所以無須憂慮。

God has His time on everything。So，do not worry。

成功正在終點等待，讓我們常保信心；

Triumph is waiting at the finish line。Remain faithful。

從天而來的盼望，將照亮前方道路。

Hope from above will light up our way ahead。
